Abstract
The world today is in the midst of many changes and there are many threats facing the world such as climate change, wars, conflicts and disasters. Among these man-made disasters are nuclear disasters that may occur due to negligence, as happened in Chernobyl, or wars, as happened in Japan.The possibility of nuclear problems occurring is very high, according to reports by experts in atomic energy in 2024. Hence, the importance of the working paper that I will present, which is (The Role of Nursing in Nuclear Disasters). Doctorate in emergency and disaster management. Sanaa University. Assistant professor at the College of Nursing, Sana’a University. Coordinator of the Master’s in Emergency and Disaster Management at the Yemeni Council for Medical and Health Specializations.
