Teresa Deviese, MBA, MSN, BSN RN, an emerging nursing researcher dedicated to emergency care innovation and professional practice. She has 20 years of healthcare experience including 7 years of Nursing Leadership in Emergency, Cardiac, and Safety and Quality. As a Chair for Precepting and Co-Chair for Epic Documentation Unit Councils, she focuses on integrating technology into clinical practice to improve patient outcomes, enhance efficiency, and support nurse-led decision-making. Teresa is dedicated to advancing nursing knowledge through research, mentorship, and collaboration. She is committed to exploring innovative solutions to inspire fellow nurses and healthcare professionals to embrace evidence-based, patient-centered approaches.
