Dr. Nourhan Ahmed Shaker is a pharmacist, biostatistician, and certified food safety auditor with multidisciplinary expertise in healthcare, research, and regulatory science. She holds a master’s degree and is currently pursuing her PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Medical Research Institute, Alexandria University. With extensive experience at the National Food Safety Authority, she led governmental auditing teams, trained inspectors and food handlers, and contributed to national capacity-building programs in food safety governance. She currently serves as a biostatistician at Smouha University Hospital for Children and as a Teaching Assistant at MRI, supporting research methodology and statistical analysis. Dr. Shaker is also the owner of her community pharmacy, where she integrates evidence-based practice with patient-centered care. Her published research focuses on cardiotoxicity, oxidative stress, and molecular biomarkers in experimental models.
