Biography

Martha “Marcie” Stidams MSN, RN, CEN, is a Board-Certified Emergency Department Nursing Director with over 20 years of emergency nursing experience. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and has led multidisciplinary teams using servant and transformational leadership approaches. Her leadership includes guiding a level 2 trauma center through national disasters such as hurricanes and overseeing the relocation of trauma services to alternate locations. Committed to staff and patient safety, she uses research and evidence-based practice to advance workplace safety initiatives and violence prevention in emergency care settings. She is honored to serve as a speaker at the Global Nursing Conference.
