Biography

With over two decades of commitment to nursing education, Dr. Ghada Khawand Aylé has led curriculum innovation and delivery for programs that have reached more than 2,000 learners across undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education settings. Her academic journey includes dual Ph.D. degrees in Education and Educational Sciences, alongside advanced degrees in Nursing and Educational Sciences from Lebanon and France. Her research explores adult learning and simulation-based pedagogy, reflecting her passion for innovative teaching. She coordinated national projects with Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health and the Italian Cooperation for Development, strengthening nursing education across the country. A member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and former Vice-President of the Order of Nurses in Lebanon, she continues to inspire resilience, innovation, and leadership among nurses. As Founder and Chair of the Nursing Sciences Department, Assistant Professor and Associate Dean for accreditation at Université La Sagesse – Faculty of Public Health, she focuses on accreditation leadership, innovative pedagogy, and promoting excellence among nurses and health professionals.
