Biography

Danielle Rhode is an NPD Specialist with MyMichigan Health and a passionate advocate for nurse well-being. She began her nursing career in rural Michigan, working in Emergency Departments across the health system and gaining experience in ICU, inpatient, and shift supervision. Danielle has also taught at several Mid-Michigan colleges and enjoys mentoring new nurses. She holds a master’s degree in nursing education and is a Certified Emergency Nurse. Since 2022, Danielle has focused on trauma, critical care, and emergency education. She championed system-wide well-being efforts and helped develop peer support programs including MyTRUST, Critical Incident Stress Management, and Stress First Aid.
